  3. Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely, including all original parts, accessories, and documentation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
